Welcome to PlayJumbo (“Jumbo,” “PlayJumbo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlayJumbo website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws where you reside) to use the Service. Certain features, including prize eligibility, may require you to be at least 18 years old and reside in an eligible jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the Service.
2. What PlayJumbo Is
PlayJumbo is a live sports participation platform. Users participate by answering interactive prediction and trivia questions during live sporting events. Users may earn Jumbo Points, achievements, rankings, badges, promotional rewards, and other benefits based on participation. PlayJumbo is intended to make watching live sports more engaging.
PlayJumbo is not a sportsbook.
Unless expressly stated in an official promotion, users do not wager money against one another or against PlayJumbo.
3. Accounts
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain current account information
- keep your credentials secure
- notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
4. Phone Number Verification
Certain features require a verified mobile phone number. By providing your phone number, you authorize PlayJumbo to send transactional SMS messages including:
- one-time verification codes
- two-factor authentication
- password reset messages
- fraud prevention notifications
- account security alerts
- important account communications
These messages are considered part of operating your account. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Promotional SMS
If you separately opt in, PlayJumbo may send promotional text messages regarding:
- upcoming events
- new features
- promotions
- rewards
- special announcements
Marketing messages are optional.
Consent to receive promotional SMS is not required to use PlayJumbo. Users may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in the message.
6. Jumbo Points
Jumbo Points have no cash value.
Points:
- cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated
- cannot be transferred between users
- may expire
- may be adjusted to correct scoring errors
- may be revoked in cases of fraud or abuse
PlayJumbo may modify the scoring system at any time.
7. Rewards
PlayJumbo may offer rewards including:
- merchandise
- gift cards
- promotional items
- experiences
- sweepstakes entries
- other prizes
Additional Official Rules may apply to individual promotions. PlayJumbo reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding prizes.
8. Rankings, Badges, and Leagues
The Service may include:
- rankings
- badges
- status levels
- leagues
- achievements
These features are promotional in nature and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
9. Live Data
Scores, statistics, timing, and other live information may be provided by third-party data providers. Live sporting events occasionally require official scoring corrections. PlayJumbo may update answers, points, rankings, and rewards to reflect official results.

10. Artificial Intelligence
PlayJumbo uses artificial intelligence to assist with creating questions, recommendations, notifications, and other content. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Official event outcomes — not AI-generated content — determine scoring.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat or exploit the Service
- create multiple fraudulent accounts
- use bots or automation
- interfere with the Service
- reverse engineer the platform
- upload unlawful or offensive content
- impersonate another person
- harass other users
Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.
12. Community Standards
PlayJumbo is intended to be family-friendly. Users may not post content that is:
- hateful
- threatening
- sexually explicit
- discriminatory
- violent
- illegal
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.
13. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant PlayJumbo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
14. Intellectual Property
The PlayJumbo platform, software, branding, logos, game mechanics, designs, and content are owned by PlayJumbo or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no content may be copied or redistributed.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- engage in fraud
- manipulate gameplay
- abuse rewards
- create security risks
- violate applicable laws
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Live sporting events may experience delays, cancellations, or official corrections that affect gameplay.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayJumbo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100 USD; or
- the amount you paid us during the preceding twelve months.
18. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. This includes games, points, leagues, rewards, rankings, and AI features.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, unless an applicable arbitration agreement or mandatory law provides otherwise.
